That lady with him (his wife) sure seems like she was trying to find a way to disagree with him while still being "submissive" - her bringing up the marriage vows issue sounded to me like her saying "Dude WTF?!"<br /><br />I have to wonder if his advice would have been the same if the person writing in was a women wanting to ditch her ailing husband?Eugenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17722877695054410613noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2064729025510181487.post-18628569551001145542011-09-17T20:36:33.041+02:002011-09-17T20:36:33.041+02:00Pat Robertson is a disgusting human being for sure...Pat Robertson is a disgusting human being for sure, but I doubt if he believes all the spew that comes out of his mouth. He, like most conservative Republican Christian leaders with aspirations to political meddling, simply says whatever he thinks will resonate with his base. I am sure he knows how appalled reasonable people are at what he says, but he doesn't care about reasonable people. He only cares about keeping his ghoulish flock in line. As revolting and scary as vermin like Robertson are, it's the millions who nod enthusiastically at his messages that terrify me the most.GumbyTheCathttp://www.cosmicsnark.comnoreply@blogger.com
